I have been aware for a while now of another group/website with a similar name.
Just to let you know, we are not affiliated with tehgamers.net or lineage 2

I’ve recently decided to do some updates on the file host that I created years ago, updates I’ve going to be doing is, most probably scrap the php uploading to a Java applet or something in the similar nature. I did just quickly make the upload page a bit better on the eye, but its my own graphics and I’m no graphics designer, I’m still getting used to my really sloppy and messy code, I might actually just start from scratch, It would most likely be easier then starting from where I left off those years ago. MD5 will be my high priority for increase security and eventually moving to a secured connection.
Well I hope this is a start to this file host and it actually gets somewhere, some day, but for now.. Its still the same old file host.

Unfortunatly the server we got from Sarge and ours have both been shutdown. The cost to keep them running was just too much.

Sorry guys, but due to a lack of activity we have been kicked out from the GA ladder. If you want to try again this year, let an admin know and we will try see what we can do.

We have had the server for over 2 weeks now and it has been great! We have had some problems here and there with our provider (GDN NZ). It seems get what you paid for huh?
Here are the server details:

The final results for this game are as followed;
FmJ – 7
TG – 1
We played alright had some trouble keeping the sentry up and couldn’t exactly get a uber going but when we did we shined. Although we did keep them back for a bit, as soon as the uber was gone or the sentry was down they trampled.
The results don’t matter, but the experience from this game does.
Good work you guys and lets do some more practise to get up the ladder of experience.

Although we prepared and were ready for a fair and long fight, Full Mental Jacket failed to read the rules and broke class restrictions giving us a WIN YAY.
A dispute was submitted and we will post the results asap
GGG (good game guys) and for those of you who couldn’t make it… you really didn’t miss much until next time.

We fought hard and well, took the first stage faster but they defended the final checkpoint to the death and it was our downfall. Good work everyone… a massive improvment from our first scrim, wouldn’t you agree.
For those who want the score it was 3-3 but they did it faster so they win.
Again good work to everyone who played… and for that one person who didn’t show up, you better watch your back
…
Theres a spy around here….

Left 4 Dead
Valve the designers of some of the biggest and best games in the world (Half-Life, Half-Life 2, Episode 1, Episode 2, CSS, TF2) have returned bringing us their new multiplayer experience Left 4 Dead.
This game pulls you straight into the action, fighting a number of weird and wonderful zombies including Boomers, Tanks, Hunters, Smokers, Witches and of course the zombie. Like all Valve games there are limited or no cut scenes meaning the game play is nonstop, once you step out of your very small safe house you are thrust into a world filled with zombies. The actual destroying of the various zombies is quite entertaining, shooting them in the head with a shotgun will cause their head to explode covering part of the screen with blood for a short amount of time. There are 4 characters to choose from Louis, Francis, Zoey, Bill who are all equal in strength, agility, etc the only difference between the characters are their looks, Zoey been the only female in the game apart from the zombies.
The main game has two game types been campaign, which really is co-op, and verses. The campaign basically explains its self, just like any other games campaign, but unlike most games verses this game mode allows 8 people to replay the campaign but instead of killing the zombies you now have a chance to kill the last surviving humans. This game mode is quite ingenious and fun.
The screen has a very valve familiar layout, your stats at the bottom right of the screen including your health and any items you are carrying. The difference is that instead of just showing your stats you can see your entire teams stats, showing how much health each team mate has what items they have, etc. The Keyboard layout is very familiar with most FPS games, nothing new here.
The AI (enemy’s) in the game depending on the difficulty differ between quite smart to idiotic, if you set the difficulty on easy you can easily walk on by as the zombies simply spew and moan at you, but if the difficulty is raised then they can be quite un zombie like they basically know where you are at any given moment in the game. Your friendly AI are, for AI, quite intelligent and helpful of course a real human is much more assistance they can still be very useful and handy.
They graphics are very good, although they cannot compare to that of Crysis or Far Cry 2, they still are a great improvement from the old HL2 engine. Although the graphics are not nearly some of the more important things to a game it is always nice to see pretty pictures and models.
This game is a very involved game, like all games made by valve this is a must get.
